​Hello! I’m Adriana, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) based in Cleveland, Ohio, currently advancing my expertise with a 1,000-hour Yoga Therapy certification. With over a decade in the corporate sector, I empathize with the challenges of balancing professional demands and personal well-being.

with yoga began as a means to address emotional and mental health struggles, leading me to discover its profound healing benefits. I specialize in guiding Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, and Yin yoga classes, incorporating breathwork and mindfulness techniques to soothe the nervous system.
