Hello! I’m Adriana Leone, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) based on Cleveland’s westside, currently advancing my expertise with a 1,000-hour Yoga Therapy certification. With over a decade in the corporate world, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing professional demands with personal well-being.
My transformative journey with yoga began as a way to address emotional and physical health struggles, and it revealed the profound healing potential of the practice. Today, I guide vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, yin yoga and a blend of these styles in classes, while integrating breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and somatic movement to help the nervous system relax, reduce stress, and foster a stronger mind-body connection.
Through grounded yoga philosophy, personal inquiry, and experiential learning, I create spaces where the teachings of yoga become lived experience. Paired with supportive community, meaningful discussion, and plenty of laughter, students are empowered to apply these practices across all aspects of life, enhancing stress management, hypertension support, and trauma-informed healing.
